Hadn't heard of
The Fashion Show till yesterday -- I'm late to the game again. Bravo is launching its own fashion design reality show with Isaac Mizrahi co-hosting on May 7, a month before Season Six of Project Runway starts at Lifetime, with not just $100,000 in prize money, but $125,000!

Have you seen a preview? Does it look as irresistible as Project Runway? Will you give it a look-see?

I'll watch it. I love Project Runway. Can't wait to see it. Thanks for telling us.
YES, YES, YES, I will watch The Fashion Show. Isaac Mizrahi is a total hoot, think Michael Kors on super doses of steroids. I have a feeling it will be an ever bigger hit than Project Runway. Fern Michaels, too, has a really acerbic tongue with dead-on taste and terrific feeling for the realities of the business.
Thanks for following my blog! I only noticed it yesterday... I'm flattered.
As long as I see people bickering and getting drunk on "hatorade," then it'll be tops on my list of must-see TV.
Of course I'll be watching! Anything with Mizrahi will have me in front of the TV or in this case the computer since I don't have cable.
ooooo! I hadn't heard of this! I'll be watching FOR SURE.
I just heard of it yesterday too. If my sources were correct, I heard it'll be basically celebrities trying to design a line... so if it's famous people trying to work a sewing machine, that could get entertaining.
I'll take a look, but I don't have high hopes. I don't know why Isaac Mizrahi keeps getting jobs where he speaks... btw did you know PR Season 7 is now casting... in Seattle? I've already been contacted through my shop owners that they're hunting for applicants. Then I read the application... let's just say they want way too much personal non-design related information.
I just found your blog today and I love it! I love your re-design of existing clothes. If I ever get the time to try one, I'll let you know.
I will watch it as soon as I can get my hands on it. I love Isaac and Fern struck me as a very savvy person. As for Kelly she made a guest appearance in Project runway Australia last season. She was perfectly alright in that (as a dressupcelebrity/judge) but nothing special from what I could tell from that segment
Clever Girl, thank you for your comment about my blouse plans!
Will definitely give it a look-see.
My physical therapist was surprised that I sew. She asked if I made pants too. I thought of your pants challenge, and replied, "no".
Well, the network wars produced a new series rather than cancelling PR .. that's a bonus.
Thanks for your suggestions re Trench. The pattern you recommended is gorgeous. I am beginning to regret the one I've chosen. Stay tuned for plenty of moaning. (take my cue from my toddler, he throws a superb tantrum)
